NYU Prague Study Trip

On April 8-9, 2017, a group of NYU Prague study abroad exchange students participated in a cultural immersion trip organized by Političí vězni.cz (Political Prisoners.eu). The destination was Jáchymov, where several labor camps were located during the communist era. During the trip, we had the chance to meet Zdeněk Mandrholec, a former Czechoslovak political prisoner, who gave us unique insight about the history of the area.
